Union Prime Minister Mann Win Khaing Than said this at a special meeting between the National Unity Consultative Council (NUCC) and the National Unity Government (NUG) held on July 31, NUG reported.
“ They ask we will change our stand if Daw Aung San Suu Kyi is free from prison. We will not change at all. We will follow the will of the people. Daw Aung San Suu Kyi also emphasizes that she will follow the will of the people,” Union Prime Minister Mann Win Khaing Than said. As long as the 2008 Constitution is in place, the federal democratic union cannot be established.
Still, the main thing is that the brutal military council group needs to eradicate, and if we work together, everything is possible, the Union Prime Minister said. At the special meeting, they discussed the current political situation and decided to discuss and coordinate the necessary activities to cooperate with allied organizations.
