Sagaing Region. Last August 27th in Kale City, Ma Do Daet Huai, a 30-year-old woman and her friend, who lived in Pyi Taw Tha Village, came to Kale City when the Military Council troops seized their motorcycle, phone, and wallet.
It is reported that they beat Mado Daet Huai. In addition, they said if she wanted her motorcycle and the phone, she had to bring fifty thousand kyats the next day.
The next morning, when she was going to take back a motorcycle and a phone with 50,000 kyats, she had a headache when she was eating.
Residents said that she was taken to a hospital in the city because blood was coming out of the ear. She was treated at a hospital in Kale City, but she did not get better, so she went to the hospitals in Mandalay and died on the evening of September 5th due to the injuries she sustained on the way to Mandalay.
