National Unity Government, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education, Dr. Zaw Wai Soe met with officials from Colorado State Project C.U.R.E. international headquarters, in the city of Denver on June 5th, the United States. After visiting the international headquarters, they met with Project C.U.R.E officials including President and CEO, Dr. Doug Jackson, Vice Presidents Kristofer Anderson and Deborah Johns. In this meeting, they discussed the possibility of sending medicine and medical supplies to Myanmar.

International Headquarters’ Project C.U.R.E. President and CEO Dr. Doug Jackson It was discussed with Vice Presidents Kristofer Anderson and Deborah Johns. CEO of Project C.U.R.E. Dr. Doug Jackson said, “ Project C.U.R.E. is out of understanding and sympathy for the many sufferings and hardships faced by people of all ethnicities in Burma at the present time.
We will do our best to help the people of Burma” . Minister Dr. Zaw Wai Soe expressed his special joy and gratitude for the discussion and said that the processes decided upon during the meeting will be implemented immediately. After the discussion, Project C.U.R.E. Officials and the Union Minister toured the workshop building and processes and showed them in detail. Project C.U.R.E is one of the largest organizations in the world that distributes medicine and medical supplies to patients in areas with limited resources in more than 135 countries.
