The Karen National Union (KNU) issued a further warning today that if the employees from the military council to abandon their duties or resign from their respective positions.

The KNU administration in the area of Brigade (5) of Mukyaw (Hpapun) District, the KNU Brigade (5) will take more effective action today.

The 5th Brigade issued a warning for the first time on January 1st of this year that the military council staff should resign.

Although some of the staff and administrators of the military council will be punished because of their work and activities that benefit the military council said in the statement.

Because of this, the remaining staff and administrators of the military council department have been warned to strictly comply with the 5th Brigade’s previous order announcement, and if they do not comply, they will be designated as opponents and continue to take more effective measures than before.
