On May 8th the Union Representative Committee (CRPH) announced that the resolution was adopted urging ASEAN and the international community to take effective action to stop the war crimes committed by the military council as soon as possible.
Air strikes on civilians in Sagaing Region, Kanbalu township Pazi Gyi Village; Tabayin Township, Leyet Kone Village, and Kachin State, Anangpa village were attacked by air strikes and Kayah State, Hpruso township, near Moso village massacre were the worst criminal acts conducted by the military council. The resolution approved 13 demands, including take action for the war crimes committed by the military council by the International Criminal Court and International Courts. The CRPH announced that this decision is a diplomatic effort to get practical help from the international community in the effort to end the dictatorship and build a federal democracy in Myanmar.
