It is reported that on the afternoon of April 12th, in Yangon’s Kantawgyi Park, students and young students carried out a campaign against the military dictatorship.
The young students displayed water pots with a written text such as “ Revolutionary Thingyan” and “ Kanbalu” in the lake to prevent all people from participating in the Ar Ta Thingyan organized by the Military Council.
To join the revolutionary Thingyan and yesterday’s massacre in Kantbalu Township, which was killed by airstrike. They also expressed their condolences for all the people of Pazigyi village.
The activity was jointly carried out by Mayangkone Township Basic Education Youth Association (Mayangkone -Akala) and A.T.A (2) East Dagon Township Basic Education Youth Association (Akala).
