It is reported that the military council issued a statement saying that if the shops in the townships in Bago do not sell military products, they will have to close the shops, and threats are also being made on the ground.
Starting from the second week of September, the army, general manager police, and a group consisting of members of the municipality and relevant district administrations are inspecting the shops to see if they are selling military products, and said that if they do not sell, they will have to close the shops.
He said that due to the pressure from the military council, the shops bought military products and placed them in a pretentious manner and did not sell them to the shoppers. It has been instructed to take action against the shops that do not separate and sell the products approved by the FDA in the shops within the municipal boundaries of Bago Region.
