According to a press release today, any armed organization in Ta-An state can file a complaint with the Ta An Army (PSLF/TNLA) if it violates the people’s human rights.
He said the Public Relations Center (PRC) was established in 2015 under the office of the Central Executive Committee of the Palaung State Liberation Front (PSLF/TNLA). It is stated that the formation of the PRC is to be able to directly communicate and report the public situation in real-time and to help solve it, and to be freed from human rights violations by the armed forces.
In addition, the TNLA said that it is to protect the human rights of the people living in Ta-An state and to document human rights violations, as well as to help and care for the people affected by the war and provide rehabilitation activities.
PRC collects information about armed organizations that commit human rights violations. It is written that documentation and solutions will be done.
