A bomb blast occurred at a DENKO gas station in Nam khite village outside Lashio in northern Shan State. It is reported that at least 2 people were injured in the explosion and there may be more deaths.
Today, September 27th, the explosion occurred around 5:00 p.m. The details of the incident are not yet known.
On September 19th, a bomb exploded near the CS Hotel in Ward 3 of Lashio City, killing one person and injuring five others.
