According to a news release on September 27th, the Mon Special Operations Force (MSOF) reported that a drone attack was carried out on military police and military council soldiers in the southern military region of Mon State.
On August 12, it said that they attacked Tun Naing Lin, the military police of the Zin Kyaik area police station, at a close range and killed him on the spot.
On August 27th, military council soldiers stationed at the township administration office in Paung Township were attacked by a control drone, and 7 bombs were dropped. Five people, including Major Kyaw Naing Oo, were seriously injured and two died in the hospital.
On August (28th), Paung Township, The MSOF said that they attacked Phu Saw Htee’s militia leader Aung Ngw Tun (b) Maung Tu, who was pro-military council, was ambushed but not confirmed whether he was killed or not MSOF said. On September 3rd, Paung Township Police Station was raided and a police officer Koko Lwin was killed, and seized a grenade and a knife from him.
