It is reported that a military group returning to their base military camp in Myaung Township, Sagaing Region, was attacked. The People’s Defense Forces and its alliance said that at least 20 soldiers from the Military Council were injured in the attack.
At 3:00 p.m. on April 27th, the military council column of about 70 soldiers was ambushed by People’s Defense Forces and its allied forces on the way back to the Kyauk Yit base camp.
