Justice of Myanmar revealed the news that before the military coup, Japan international cooperations give loan to JICA for building railways roads in Myanmar, which gave Myanmar railways corporation millions of dollars.
Myanmar Railways corporation is a nation own business and the military council illegally control the corporation. After the coup 3000 Myanmar railways workers at least 90% of the work force refused to work under military council’s administration and joined the Civil Disobedience Movement (CDM).
It said, to upgrading the railways road is the officially encourage the military council and support their logistic capacity to transport troops and ammunitions because the military council is using railway line to transport it fighting forces.
They are demanding Japan to stop the project because under the Myanmar’s project of upgrading railways road, Japan, EU and international corporations collaborated and working together with military and its cronies
