Selling goods or giving service on line business need to register within six months said The Military Council Ministry of Economy and Commerce announced today.
It said that by exercising the authority given under Section 4 Sub-section (c) of the Important Goods and Services Law, the order was issued regarding online sales as a major service business.
Online sales will be allowed to operate after applying for a registration certificate, and if found to be operating online sales without a registration certificate six months after the notification is issued, it will be prosecuted under Section 5 of the Important Goods and Services Law.
