These war refugees are residents of villages in the western part of Hpruso Township, and they had to flee and hide in the forest after the military council bombarded their villages in June and July last year.
It is reported that the refugees who are still living in the jungle because they have not dared to return to their villages and are in urgent need of umbrellas and mosquito nets as the rainy season is coming. In addition, there is not enough food for them.
