According to the announcement made today August 28th by the Kanpetlet Township Public Administration, the sixty health workers who cooperated with the military council were blacklisted.
The CDM/Non-CDM investigation committee of the Kanpetlet Township Public Administration Committee said that the announcement was made because the employees of the health department were found to be cooperating with the military council.
Among those declared as black-list employees, the township hospital and circuit hospital are the most, and they include assistant doctors and senior nurses.
It is also said that various departments in Kanpetlet Township that cooperated with the military council will continue to announce that non-CDMs will be added to the blacklist.
According to the release, if there are CDM employees included in the list of Non-CDM that has been announced, they have the right to appeal to the CDM/Non-CDM Investigation Committee with strong evidence. Political analysts and health workers say that doing these things at this time will only harm the people.
He said that poor people who lack money have only township hospitals and circuit hospitals to rely on. Those who are wealthy can get medical treatment in cities like Thailand and Yangon, but poor people rely on such hospitals, which harms ordinary civilians more.
As the revolution progressed, local residents are sand witched between the military council and the National Unity Government (NUG).
The local residents said that the three letters “ Pa” group under NUG such as Pa Ka Pha, Pha La Pha, and Pha Ah Pha have become confused and the people no longer know who to rely on. At present, the people are afraid of both sides and it is becoming more difficult day by day.
A resident of Yangon said that the NUG government only issued letters from abroad and said that they would not pay the electricity bill, but the people who electricity were cut off at home because they followed the order from NUG and did not pay the electricity bill and were in trouble.
So, the NUG government should think and work for the people rather than building its own power.
