NUG announced on September 14 that 44 employees, including the President of the Military Council, Central Bank Daw Than Than Swe, were designated as terrorists. According to the Anti-Terrorism Central Organization’s Article (6) of the Anti-Terrorism Act of Subsection (e) and Section (72). NUG said that it was issued with the consent of the National Unity Government (NUG) by exercising the authority in sub-section (b).
The NUG said that the employees of the central bank are the main accomplices in the purchase of weapons, including jet fuel, from foreign countries. Ignoring the laws to be handled by the central bank and manipulating them according to the will of the military council.
