According to a statement on March 31 by Karanni Army (KA)The Military Council Light infantry 287 who was patrolling the east side of Dawhlarkhu village in the eastern part of Di Mosso Township on Nye Bukhu Mountain was attacked by the joint forces of Karenni Army (KA) KNDF 3 Strategic Battalions from KNDF/B (10); KNDF/B (15) and KNDF/B (07).
The fighting continues almost an entire day on March 29 and 30. In that battle, at least 15 people from the military council were killed and many were injured. The joint forces seized two MA-2 guns; One MA-3 gun and related ammunition also utilities were confiscated.
The Karenni joint forces reported that there were only a few were non-critically injured. In Karenni State and Southern Shan State, continuation of battles between the offensive columns of the Military Council and the Karenni joint forces are still fighting every day.
