Chaung Yoe village which is border with Taze and Khin-U was burned and destroyed by the military council troops, people are fleeing.

Sagaing Division, The Military Council Corps attacked a Chaung Yoe village near Taze and Khin-U Township and opened fire and torched the village. Many local residents are fleeing because of such burning and destruction.

Residents said that the local residents of the nearby villages, as well as Chaung Yoe Village, are fleeing and some people are trapped inside. Due to the security situation, Taze and Khin-U road has been temporarily closed to traffic while the Military Council troops are patrolling.
