KNU-Karen National Union, Kawthoolei administrative area. Dupalaya District Brigade (6); Kawkayeik Township, Ywa Tan She village was under attacked by the 12th Battalion of the Military Council Army which fired two (120 mm) guns into the Ywa Tan She Village.
The KNU reported that a man lost his life after being hit by a heavy weapon. The statement stated that due to the war crimes and human rights violations being committed by the military council forces, innocent people are losing their lives every day and many public housing properties are being destroyed.
