The wage rate collected since 2018 is not in line with the times, and the base salary has increased, the number of vehicles has increased, and the property values are higher than before and the tax has to be increased to prevent the loss of national income.
Currently, the prices of goods are also rising, and instead of being charged less, the drivers may have a hard time because they will be charged three times. In December 2022, to renew a driver’s license through a broker, it only paid 80,000 Kyats.
