Myingyan Black Tiger (MBT) based in Myingyan is a revolutionary group made up of only young people. Their group’s revolutionary Thingyam (Songkran in Thai) song was released on their social media on April 10th, 2023. Captain Mike Khe, the leader of the Myingyan Black Tiger Group, said, “ Every time when the Thingyan festival arrived, we feel like our hearts have been crushed.”
The last battle fighting against the military council in Nga Yant O and Min Hla, we did not have enough weapons and ammunition, one of our comrades was hit and part of his colons was cut off and he still is in the hospital. He has requested on his social media that the youth who love to enjoy festivals are giving their lives for the revolution, so that we want our people to boycott the fake Thingyan festival made up by the military council.
Captain Mike Khe, the leader of the Myingyan Black Tiger, has recently said in the media that the local defense groups will be depleted because they did not get any arms and ammunition from NUG. Myingyan Black Tiger (MBT) is also requested the people to watch and listen to the Revolutionary Thingyan song which was an expression from their hearts.
