According to local residents, a bomb exploded on April 15, in the morning at the Thingyan center pavilion at the intersection of the education director’s office in Ingapu, Irrawaddy Region, and injuring some of the military council’s policemen.
It is reported that the bomb went off when only military council members were present before people arrived at the pavilion. It is reported that Ingapu town is part of Hinthada district and the military council army has increased security forces after the attack on Ingapu’s Thingyan central pavilion.
