Karen State, Myawaddy Township, The VENOM PDF column reported that a battle broke out between the Revolutionary Joint Forces and the Military Council column in Mekanel village today on April 18 morning, and some weapons and ammunition were seized.
Military council column entered Mekanel village pretend as KNU soldiers by wearing KNU’s uniforms It was reported that the joint columns of Cobra column (2) VENOM PDF column came into contact with Military column. It is reported that two (2) soldiers from the military council were killed during the encounter and two 2 weapons were confiscated.
It is reported that the entire VENOM PDF column joined the Cobra column led by Captain Darbo last April 6th , and the Cobra column was reorganized into Column (1) and Column (2).
