On May 25th at 9:00 a.m., it is known that a meeting was held with the district commanders from various departments, including the Kalay camp commander, Brigadier General Thant Zin Oo, at Sagaing Region, Kalay Township, Sakhan Gyi camp.
In that meeting, Brigadier General Thant Zin Oo focused on the formation of the main defense and the re-appointment of a new administrative chief, as well as the fact that spies who were sent to PDF and CNDF camps are now they have returned, according to military personnel who are from the democratic side.
“ The commander told me that besides the person named Myo Ko Ko, other spies have returned from all the PDF camps. They have the location and maps of all the PDF and CNDF camps,” said a pro-democracy insider of the army.
At the end of April, the decision of a secret meeting, including the commander of the regional command headquarters, requested one (1) out of four (4) Yak-130 Russian-made fighter jets, and a plan to completely destroy Chin State and southern part of Kalay where PDFs are located.
