There are some causalities of the military council in the battle of Sa Lone North village, Pekon township. Karenni Army informed that more than 10 weapons were sized.

The Karenni National Progressive Party (KNPP) News and Information Department announced on April 25th along with photo records that a battle took place in the village of Pekon Township in Shan State on April 24th and the Military Council troops suffered casualties.

Karenni National Defense Force (KNDF), Karenni Army and Karenni Joint forces attacked the military column on April 24th and among the dead were some officers of the military council were included and sized weapons such as RPG, Mortars, submachine guns, rifles, ammunitions, and military equipment.

Also one soldier from KNDF regiment (11) was killed. Continuous fighting occurred in Shan-Karenni border area and military council troops are suffering.
