Southern Shan State 1007 Mobile PDF team reported that more than 200 Military Council’s soldiers were killed and more than 100 wounded in the month-long battle (from February 24 to March 30) between Pinlaung Township and Pekhon Township.
1007 Mobile PDF, Phekhon Zone (KNDF); 1001 Mobile PDF, 1002 PK PDF PNDF(KK); DMO PDF DMO Local PDF and 1009 IPDF 1008 joint forces fighting against the military council’s troops was fierce, and a large number of weapons and ammunition were seized from the Military Council. According to the 1007 Mobile PDF reported that 10 soldiers were killed on their side and more than 15 were injured.
