On March 30th, Kale Township, according to the locals the military council column attacked near Letpan chaung village and people from the nearby villages are fleeing. It is known that there was an exchange of fire between the local defense forces and the military.
On March 30th military column forward from the west side of Letpanchaung, and today on March 31st they moved forward from the east side of Letpanchaung. It is reported that the people of the village are running because they are shooting with heavy weapons.
It is known that the fighting between the local defense groups, including HNB group and military council has been intensify until today. Similarly, the military council troops entered into Nyaung pintha village which is located in Sagaing Region, Htigyaing township and the villagers are fleeing to safety. .
