The BPLA has announced that it has eliminated 91 members of the military council within a year and a half of its establishment. BPLA was established on April 17, 2021. After arriving on the front line in December, BPLA fight together under the supervision of the Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA) joined forces with other allied forces to attack the military council troops.
During the one and a half years of fighting, there were 44 battles, and 91 members of the military council were killed in the fighting. In addition, four 60mm mortars, two 40 mm mortars, two RPGs and small arms, total 68 weapons were sized.
During that period, DPLA spoke person said they fought together with the Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA) as well as the People’s Defense Army (PDF), the Force for Federal
Democracy (FFD) and other revolutionary organizations.
