Sagaing Region, 8 members of the Military Council were attacked while shopping in Ayadaw Township. A defense force comrade said that four soldiers of the military council were killed and four were seriously injured due to the attack.
On August 12th, around 5:00 a.m., when the military council soldiers came out from the Naunggyi-I police station on four motorcycles, the defense forces opened fire and attacked them at close range.
Two military council soldiers died on the spot and four were wounded, but two died yesterday morning. This shooting was carried out by the Black Panther Guerrilla Force, Bo Moe Thee (Mithila District Battalion No. 2), Justic Guerrilla Force, Monywa District No. 18 Battalion attacked together.
