It is said that they signed during the visit of the Chairman of the Military Council Election Commission who visited Russia from September 6th to 12th.
The news of the military council said that it expects to receive voter education activities and technical assistance in the election from Russia. The coup leader said during his trip to northern Shan State on September 9 that he would hold an election after the national census in 2024.
