Sagaing Region. According to a press release from the People’s Revolutionary Army (ADPRA) today, the revolutionary forces attacked a group of military warships that arrived in Kani.
On September 12th, around 11:00 a.m., a group of warships accompanied by 11 ships and a large number of soldiers from Monywa town opened fire near Kani town, causing a battle with the revolutionary forces. At 12:15 pm of the afternoon that day, the joint forces of the Revolutionary Alliance retreated without harm, and it is said that it has not been confirmed whether there were any casualties on the side of the army.
The group of warships was attacked by the Yinmabin District Battalion 30, Company 1 and 2, FBGAI AK guerilla force, Anya Daungmin column worked together.
