Union Prime Minister Mann Win Khaing Than of the National Unity Government (NUG) has said that it is very important to continue to exert military pressure on the military council during the revolution. This was said at the NUG Interim Local Public Administration Development Central Committee meeting held yesterday, June 29.
He said that the rising speed of the revolution is very satisfying and he has great respect and pride for the soldiers who are fighting at the front line.
He strongly urged people to focus on the success of the revolution without losing sight of the goal of overthrowing the military dictatorship.
The meeting was attended by Union Ministers, Deputy Union Ministers, Permanent Secretaries and officials from NUG’s departments, according to NUG.
