Sagaing Region, four people, including one woman, were sentenced to death by a military court in Indaw Township.
According to local residents, this incident is the first time a death sentence has been imposed in the Indaw township.
On August 18, Section 49 of the Anti-Terrorism Act. 52 a. 52b, etc., and the military council accused them of being related to the PDF, but the local residents said that these four people had nothing to do with the PDF groups.
Ko Aung Kyaw, from Ye Thwin Kone ward from Indaw town and Ko Kyaw Swa Win and Ma Myint Myint Aye from Tigyaing town were arrested in June this year, and Myit Kyina – Monywa passenger driver, Ko Zaw Myo Tun was arrested in April. He was sentenced to death almost four months after his arrest.
