According to a press release from the People’s Administration of Pale Township, there was a skirmish between the LDFs and the military council troops that had been offensive against the town for three (3) days.
On September 9th, the Military Council’s column that arrived on the town of Pale, at about 12:30 noon on September 11th, between Kyunpho village and Nwe Shauk village, was attacked by People Defense Team and LPDF forces.
It has been reported that the Northwestern Regional Military Command (NWMC) attacked with Mi 35 aircraft for almost one and a half hours at around 12:35 (12:35) in the afternoon due to the fact that the Military Council Army’s column suffered a lot of casualties in the clash between the two sides.
Due to the arrival of the military council army, the local residents of about 12 villages had to leave their homes and avoid the war. He said that the LPDF and PDT forces led the safe way and arranged accommodation and food. It is reported that the people of Pale Township have been warned to exercise caution in everything due to the military council’s incursion and aerial attacks.
