Based on the recognition of the leaders of the ground revolution who are fighting against the military group and the unity for the revolution, Acting President and Union Minister U Ye Mon received the leader of the Myanmar Royal Dragoon Army (MRDA) through a Zoom Meeting on May 2, 2023.
In this meeting, the Ministry of Defense and allies were to participate in the Chain of Command (COC) built by the military region, and the administration that NGU is building on the ground. It is reported that they discussed coordination and cooperation with defense mechanisms.
In addition, it is written that they discussed the issue of accepting and participating in the security sector reform programs that will be implemented during the period of the revolution. Acting President Duwa Lashila and Union Minister U Ye Mon discussed anything other than the above discussions.
