Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA) 3rd Brigade combined forces attacked four camps of the Military Council Army at the same time and managed to destroy two camps, the Karen National Union (KNU) headquarters reported on April 23rd. On April 22nd, at 4:30 in the morning, KNLA Brigade 3rd combined forces attacked Naung Kone Camp and Yan Myo Aung camp in Mue (Mone) Township and Kyun Kone Camp, Nyongone Camp in Ledo Township. Air support came from the military council and attacked the area between Nyangtan, Nyaung Kone and Ywe Pin villages by dropping bombs for four times.
