The graduation ceremony of the People’s Defense Force’s Black Panther Regiment was held on January 24th in the Southern Military Region. It is reported that it was held in the military area subdivision No. (3). National Unity Government Ministry of Defense Deputy Military Regional Commander Saw sha and officials from Military Region Division No. 3 attended the updated graduation ceremony.
After that, the updated training fellows of the Black Panther Regiment showed off their military skills. The Black Panther Regiment’s graduates received a full training course and shows how to handle weapons, basic martial arts fights, how to transporting patients in emergency situation during the war, as as well as rope climbing and firing and other military skills.
In addition, the National Unity Government’s Defense Ministry gave arms to the graduates. After that, the National Unity Government, Ministry of Defense, Southern Military Region Deputy Commander of Military Region No. (3) Saw Sha gave a speech of honor. It is reported that National Unity Government’s Prime Minister honored the graduates by giving 1,000,000 kyats to the comrades.
