The Military Council has been carrying out airstrikes in Chin State.
Last month, a Military Council camp name Var was attacked by Chin forces and the military council respond to the attack by bombing Waibula town which killed at least 9 civilians.
In the past two months, the military council dropped 120 bombs to Chin State, Tedim, Mindat, Falam, Hakha townships. Most bombs were dropped to Hakha and Thantlang townships.
It was announced that more than 50 homes, including 4 Christian churches, were damaged by the military council’s bombing. The military council has been conducting airstrikes in Chin State since the beginning of this year.
